As many of you know, our youngest son Jason is executive chef at a new restaurant in Dallas that is called Oak. It is a truly a beautiful place and the food is to die for. We ate there recently and I thought I would give you an idea of what we had. Vanilla poached shrimp, Foie Gras Torchon, rack of lamb, roasted duck breast, Mediterrean Bronzino
